PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blind which is hardly warped and offering a slowly decreasing light receiving efficiency and a light energy conversion system using the same. SOLUTION: This blind has a photovoltaic element in the slat and it is characteristic that the difference in the coefficient of thermal expansion measured based on JIS R-3102 between the slat and the photovoltaic element is less than 18×10-5 (1/K), and the light energy conversion system is characteristic in that the photovoltaic element, condensive unit and electric power load equipment provided in the blind is electrically connected together.
