PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a propylene resin composition having both low temperature characteristic and transparency and suitable as a material for a wrapping mate rial of refrigerated food, etc. SOLUTION: This propylene resin composition comprises the following component (A) and (B), and satisfies the formula (I) XAB/X>=1. component (A): a crystalline propylene resin having the following characteristics: 50-95 vol.% (A1) weight average mol.wt. (Mw) 1,000-500,000 (A2) ratio of weight average mol.wt. (Mw) to number average mol.wt. (Mn), (Mw)/(Mn)<=10 component (B): an etylene-1- hexene copolymer elastomer having the following characteristics: 5-50 vol.% (B1) content of 1-hexene 5-50 mol% (B2) weight average mol.wt. (Mw) 5,000-170,000 (B3) ratio of weight average mol.wt. (Mw) to number average mol.wt. (Mn), (Mw)/(Mn)<=4.
