PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a binder for a coating retaining soft touch continuously, and to provide a one-component binder capable of being cured even at a mild temperature of >=70 deg.C, especially about 80 deg.C to about 150 deg.C and not being restricted regarding the pot life as much as possible. SOLUTION: These purposes can be attained by a combinational reactive mixture comprising a hydroxyl group-containing polyester-urethane and a melamine resin as a triazine resin.
