PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a hot plate easy to check and exchange and having a long life. SOLUTION: Juice intruded to the rear surface of a meat roasting plate 2 is dropped onto a tray 5 by gravity before reaching a filter 9 to reduce staining of the filter 9. Further, a filter assembly 8 is installed not just under the plate 2 but at a position, which is separated by a plate holding frame 4 and where a temperature is comparatively low, and cool air outside a main body case 1 is supplied to the filter 9 to reduce a thermal burden on the filter 9. Further, the assembly 8 can be attached and detached whether the plate 2 is installed or not, and the assembly 8 is made easy to disassemble and assemble. Thus, the filter 9 can easily be checked and exchanged without giving feeling of troublesomeness.
