PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chair for sitting square capable of simultaneously and rapidly adjusting the angle (inclined angle) and height of a seat plate and giving no load to the hips even when one sits down for a long time. SOLUTION: Connection bolts are provided respectively in the seat plate and base plate of a chair body in which a flat plate is bent and the seat plate is formed at the upper part and the base plate is formed at, the lower part from a sheet of plate. The bolts are screwed in a turnbuckle. The inclination and height of the seat plate is changed by rotating the turnbuckle.
