PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a multilayered film excellent in dynamic physical properties such as strength, elongation or the like, gas and steam barrier properties, transparency, heat insulating properties and appearance. SOLUTION: In a multilayered film having a layer comprising a thermoplastic resin (A) and a layer comprising a heat fusible vinyl alcohol copolymer (B), the sum total content of a carboxylic acid and a lactone ring of (B) is 0.02-0.4 mol%.
