PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor structure excellent in workability, appearance and maintainability, and a construction method for a floor part having the floor structure. SOLUTION: This floor structure is formed by installing a long floor material 3 on a sleeper 2 so as to be crossed perpendicular to the extending direction of the sleeper 2. The floor material 3 is installed detachably on the sleeper 2 through a detachable means 4, the detachable means 4 comprises inserting holes 41 provided in the sleeper 2 and clips 42 attached to the floor material 3 and lockingly inserted into the inserting holes 41 so as to be disengageable. When the floor material 3 is pressed against the sleeper 2 from the upper side, the clips 42 are inserted into the inserting holes 41 so as to fix the floor material 3 to the sleeper 2.
