PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anchor bar having a sufficient rustproof function and a dumping function although work to bury the anchor bar in an upper structure is simplified. SOLUTION: In this anchor bar to restrict the motion of the upper structure toward a lower structure and prevent the upper structure from falling, an elastic pedestal 6 is made intervene between the upper structure 4 and the lower structure 2, and the anchor bar 1 to be buried perpendicularly in the lower structure 2 is lined with an elastic material 1B and is also buried in the upper structure 4 without clearance. Even if the anchor car 1 is buried in the upper structure 4 directly without adjusting clearance, since the elastic material 1B itself having specified thickness is provided with a dumping function, a beam such as a girder can be turned relative to a bridge pier, one of lower structures.
