<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clean network for waste recovery and disposal that can synthetically and precisely handle problems of environmental pollution, illegal disposal, and energy and resource conservation. SOLUTION: A communications network connects, via a central control center, demanders, transportation equipment or transportation manager thereof, and waste disposal and recycling facilities. The center collects and stores information about the waste disposal and recycling facilities, and upon a request for waste recovery and disposal from the demanders, scans the collected and stored information to select ones from the waste disposal and recycling facilities, and then requests the selected facilities to accept and dispose of the wastes as well as the transportation equipment or transportation manager to collect them and transport them to the facilities. The center is also connected to central control centers in adjacent areas, whose information collected and stored can be also used for the selection from the waste disposal and recycling facilities.</p> |
