PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a snow melting device for rail switches, which reduces running cost by highly effectively heating snow and secures safety by decreasing the influence of the flux caused by high frequency current on other equipment. SOLUTION: A heating coil 1a, which is coiled around a floor plate 2 to inductively heat the floor plate 2, and an inverter 5 to supply the high frequency current to the coil 1a are connected to each other through a connection cable 4, and magnetism proof means 9, 10a to 10c, 11a to 11c, 12a and 12b are provided around the heating coil 1a and the connection cable 4.
