PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recycle plastics used in waste electronic appliances. SOLUTION: Pulverized pieces 2a 2c of plastic portions including non-plastic portions are melted in a molten condition by heating and melting the pulverized pieces 2a and 2c obtained by pulverizing the plastic portions and the non-plastic portions of waste electronic appliance. The molten flowable plastic including the pulverized pieces 2c other than the plastic is formed into a pallet material for a recycled pallet 6 for loading/unloading.
