摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To insert a coil from the outer-diameter side of a plurality of magnetic poles 3 without leaving an interlock member made of a magnetic material at the inner-diameter side of a plurality of magnetic poles 3. SOLUTION: A front end 8 of each magnetic pole 3 is embedded to a recessed part 16 being positioned on one end face of an inner-diameter-side tool 14. A coil subassembly 5 where a coil 12 is wound for a plurality of times is forced or inserted into a coil placement part 13 of the magnetic pole 3 from the side of a rear end 9 of the magnetic pole 3. Then, a ring 2 for fixing is forced in a shaft direction along the inner-periphery surface of an external-diameter-side tool 15, thus fixing the ring 2 for fixing to the side of the rear end 9 of the magnetic pole 3. The inner- and outer-diameter tools 14 and 15 are removed from a stator 1 for a rotary electric machine. The plurality of rings 2 for fixing being laminated in the shaft direction of the output shaft of an electric motor are caulked at three positions in a circumferential direction for fixing, thus firmly connecting the rings 2 for fixing to the plurality of magnetic poles 3 while being laminated.
