摘要 ferrous metallurgy, particularly, production of electrical-sheet steel for manufacture of magnetic circuits, relay systems and accelerating generators. SUBSTANCE: method includes melting of metal in steel-melting unit; vacuum treatment of unreduced steel up to carbon content of 0.01%; modification with phosphorus and aluminum to obtain their content is steel in amount of 0.04-0.10 and 0.1-0.3%, respectively; subsequent continuous casting; hot rolling; coiling of strips; cold rolling in one or two stages and heat treatment. Temperature of finishing of hot rolling is set at level exceeding temperature of point A1 by 50-80 C. Temperature of strip coiling is maintained at 30-60 C below temperature of point A1. In cold rolling in two stages, degree of deformation at the second stage equals 10-15%.
