SOLUTION: Relating to this copyright protective device consisting of an information recorder 106, a management information carrier 103, a management information reproducing device 102 and an information reproducing device 109, the device 102 has a function reading 1st management information 104 from the carrier 103, the device 109 has a function reading 2nd management information 108 from the recorder 106, and the device 109 has a function that compares and collates the information 104 with the information 108 and manages or restricts the reproduction of information 107 on the basis of the results of the comparison and collation. |
