PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain improvement in security by speedily guiding refuge or the like by reporting the details of a security abnormality, which has occurred inside a multiple dwelling house, to residents. SOLUTION: Plural sets of security monitoring equipment 1a, 1b,...1n, 2a, 2b,...2n, 3a, 3b,...3n and 4a, 4b,...4n and a residential ward receiver 31 are connected through an alarm generating signal line L1, the residential ward receiver is connected through one or plural alarm sound lines L11, L12, L13 and L14 to one ore plural speakers 21, 22, 23 and 24 and in the case of sending alarm tones or alarm sounds from the residential ward receiver to predetermined one or plural speakers on the basis of the generation of an alarm from the security monitoring equipment, the residential ward receiver receives plural alarms so that the alarm tone or alarm sound to be sent by the residential ward receiver can be made different corresponding to the kind and number of received alarms.
