PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bias control circuit for preventing an erroneous operation or damage to an electronic circuit in an integrated circuit. SOLUTION: A bias control circuit for giving a transistor a bias voltage is improved in an electronic circuit driven by at least three or more kinds of voltages. In this case the bias control circuit has a bias circuit for generating a bias voltage and a detecting circuit for driving the bias circuit.
