PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating apparatus to suppress excess temperature rise at a non-paper transfer part, and not to have temperature difference between the paper transfer part and the non-paper transfer part of a pressure roller which is opposing to the heater. SOLUTION: The heating apparatus has a temperature uniformalizing body arranged neighboring the heater, and the driving mechanism to change the position of the temperature uniformarizing body, to touch to or not to touch the heater.
