<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double piping structure of a pipe for oil (gasoline), gas or the like, which is capable of preventing oil leakage by lining a pipe with FRP (fiber reinforced composite material) and detecting the occurrence of oil leakage by disposing a detecting sensor. SOLUTION: The peripheral surface of a steel pipe 16 is lined with the FRP (fiber reinforced composite material) 17, and a lead wire is interposed between the steel pipe 16 and the FRP (fiber reinforced composite material). The lead wire is interposed along the lower surface of the steel pipe 16 to form a designated gap between the steel pipe 16 and the FRP (fiber reinforced composite material) 17, whereby when oil leakage from the steel pipe 16 occurs, leak oil is guided to the downstream part of the steel pipe 16 and oil leakage is detected by the detecting sensor 11. The output of the detecting sensor 11 is fed to an oil leakage detecting monitor 14 to inform a worker of the occurrence of oil leakage and the position of the oil leakage.</p> |
