PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely extract and recognize even process information, which is generated and ends in a short time during mode switching, at an operator station. SOLUTION: This system is provided with storage parts 40 (41, 42) which store process information in mode switching irrelevantly to which of in-use and standby modes control units 30 (31, 32) are in, stored information transmission parts 50 (51, 52) which transmit process information stored in the storage parts 40 to an operator station 10, and a lost information extraction part 11 which receives the information transmitted from the stored information transmission part 50 and extracts absent information from the received information. Consequently, even process information which is generated and ends in a short time in the mode switching can securely be extracted at the operator station 10.
