PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gasket for shielding electromagnetic waves which is highly incombustible and flexible, and its manufatcuring method. SOLUTION: This gasket uses a core material, made of a porous elastic body which is made by foaming a melamine resin, and the outer surface of the core material is covered with a conductive covering layer which is incombustible and flexible.
