PURPOSE:To extract the specific component in the material to be treated efficiently with small driving power without damaging the material by extracting the same hy foaming and stirring of the material in extraction liquid. CONSTITUTION:Extraction liquid 4 is filled in an extraction tank 1, and while gas is blown through nets 2A, 2B, 2C, 2D into the liquid 4, a net conveyor 3 is moved in an arrow direction. The material 5 to be treated on the conveyor 3 is thus immersed in the liquid 4 in the tank 1 and is subjected to foaming and stirring, whereby the specific component in the material 5 is extracted efficiently. This method is extremely effective in extracting the salt contained in, for example, food such as pickles, dried fish or the like by water (known as desalting) or extracting the effective medical components contained in medical plants by an org. solvent such as alcohol or the like. |
