PURPOSE:To put a convential numerially controlled system in full automatic operation including process control elements by setting the quantities of process in a program in the form of numerical control codes and automating the successive forming work of specific articles. CONSTITUTION:A raw material is thrown in a cylinder part 10 through the operation of a raw material supplying feeder 24 and fused at the cylinder part 10 while heated and fed with pressure by heaters H1-H4 and an extruding screw 12; and the fused raw material is supplied to a die 20 heated by a heater H5 on specific pressure condition through a gear pump 18 to obtain prescribed sheetlike formings 32 by the die 20. In this case, driving motors 28, 14, 30, and 36 are provided with motor controllers respectively to perform process control until the sheetlike formings are obtained from the raw material. The heaters H1-H5 are also provided with controllers for temperature control. |
