PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of the prior art that, when it is desirable to change cosmetics to be used according to the condition of the skin, a trouble to decide which cosmetics is to be used occurs frequently, according to the skin condition at that time. SOLUTION: This dressing table 1 integrally incorporates a knowledge data base 51 for storing data on each of plural cosmetics, a camera 3 for taking a face image of a person 2 to wear makeup, an image processing part 4 for extracting the face image from the image obtained by the camera 3, analyzing the face image and outputting the information showing the condition of the skin, a makeup support information generating part 5 for generating the contents of advice related to the makeup for the person to wear makeup with reference to the knowledge data base 51, and a user interface part 6 presenting the information output form the makeup support information generating part 5 to the person 2 to wear makeup.
