PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the efficiency of workability and maintenance. SOLUTION: An open port is provided at a partition plate 8 dividing a box body 1 of a centrifugal separator to an upper step and a lower step to handle a vacuum pump 5 even from upper side, and also a cover 6 capable of blocking the open port is provided so that heat is not flows from the lower step to the upper step.
