PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bed with a moving function to reduce the burdens in a field of nursing a person who cannot move, allowing the person to excrete through such movement as raising the upper body on the bed while the legs are lowered, on directly leave the bed to move to a bathtub or a wheelchair. SOLUTION: This bed is constituted by splitting into a portion with which the upper half of a body comes into contact, a portion with which buttocks and the lower leg parts of the body come into contact, and a portion with which the parts around legs come in contact. A space is formed by lack in the portion in contact with the buttocks and lower leg parts by movement of the respective portions in vertical and horizontal directions or rotation of the portion in contact with the buttocks and the lower leg parts, and a chair type bedpan is placed in the space so that the buttocks of a person to be nursed may be placed on it. In this way, the person can excrete by oneself or put a bathing chair or a wheelchair so that the person to be nursed can take a seating posture. Thus, the person can move easily to the outside of the bed to facilitate bathing and moving to the wheelchair.
