PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of cost-up because of a lot of components since a ceramic spacer is used for attaching a dielectric resonator in a conventional attaching structure for dielectric resonator. SOLUTION: Concerning this attaching structure for a dielectric resonator, a placing part 4 composed of a film is provided on an insulation substrate 2, a dielectric resonator 5 is placed on this placing part 4, a gap 6 is formed between the lower surface of the dielectric resonator 5 and the insulation substrate 2, and the dielectric resonator 5 is attached to the insulation substrate 2 with an adhesive agent 7 provided in this gap 6. Thus, a conventional ceramic spacer 25 is not required and the inexpensive attaching structure for a dielectric resonator can be provided.
