PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically verify the level of the illegality of the copy right of composed music and to offer the result to a composer by inputting the contents of newly composed music through a keyboard, a diskette, a medium such as a CD, and a communication network such as a communication network, and comparing the contents of the music with the contents of previously published music according to a set reference for judging similarity between them. SOLUTION: In this management system of a music copy right, similarity between the contents of music can be automatically judged by using the information on the height, length and musical time of sounds based on the inputted basic information on music. This system is provided with plural composer's devices for converting composed music into an MIDI(Musical Instrument Digital Interface) file format, and outputting it through a communication network, and a server connected through the communication network with the plural composer's devices for comparing the inputted MIDI file with the MIDI file of previously published music and calculating the similarity of the contents by percentage, and offering the result to the composer's devices. |
