PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive, lightweight, and simple floor impulsive sound generator generating impulsive sounds by impact force in accordance with a measuring method by JIS which needs no power source and also has superior portability. SOLUTION: A hammer 12 is provided movably in the vertical direction on a casing 11, a cam 15 is attached to a rotary shaft 14 rotatably supported by the casing 11 and rotated by a manual handle 20, and the hammer 12 is periodically lifted and freely dropped by the cam 15.
