PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form more exact and clear edge information from a still picture and the coarse edge information of an object in the picture. SOLUTION: An edge information forming unit 11 with a packaged formula expressed with numerals 2-16 according to the algorithm of a figure 2 while using digital techniques is located in the shape of grid and according to a numeral 1, the proximate units are mutually coupled. The edge information forming unit 11 shown in a figure 3 is composed of a processor 21 for generating edge information 4, a memory 22 for storing a proximate parameter, function and calculation data, etc., and a controller 23 for communicating with the close edge information forming unit 11. |
