PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance a return rate of a mobile phone to its possessor in the case that the mobile phone is missing or stolen, to punish a theif for stealing the mobile phone, and to allow a finder to easily seek a looser by allowing the mobile phone to be treated as a lost article so as to make a phone call to an emergency contact address. SOLUTION: A 2nd telephone number is registered in a memory section 16. When a call addressed to the telephone number is received from an antenna section 12 and a reception section 13, power is automatically applied to the mobile phone via a charging battery section 8 and a charging control section 7 to generate an alarm tone from a loudspeaker section 2 or to repetitively display a character display message on a display panel section 4. Or at the arrival of an incoming addressed to the 2nd telephone number, a discharge section 18 discharges electric charges to a metallic plate section 19 to allow a thief to get an electrical shock. Furthermore, a finder depresses a contact address button 6 to automatically set the mobile phone to a transmission or reception mode so that the finder can make a phone contact with the possessor.
