PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical disk in which forming and reproducing of bar codes, that include unauthorized copying prevention position information, are easily accomplished while recording the bar codes at a specific region of an optical disk. SOLUTION: Marks 923a, 923b, 924a and 924b are formed on an optical disk in stripe shapes, that are long in a radial direction, in a specific ring shape region that is not used for recording main information. Auxiliary information data are PE modulated and RZ modulated and recorded. Note that the disk has a guard band region, where at least addresses are recorded, between a control data region and a second recording region. |
