<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect a slave CPU which should operate, even under an energy- saving mode against a reset signal outputted even under the energy-saving mode for a device having energy saving function capable of saving power consumption in a standby state. SOLUTION: This slave CPU is protected against reset signal from a CPU for main control to the slave CPU in the energy saving mode. Thus, the slave CPU will not go into a reset state by the reset signal generated, by the turning off the power source of the CPU for main control in the energy saving mode.</p> |
