PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable light flashing type automatic counter which automatically performs counting by rhythmical light flashing. SOLUTION: A case 1 is provided with a light 3, a counter 2 that works with the flashing of the light, and a light flashing time adjusting knob 6 and a light flashing interval adjusting knob 5 for making the flashing time and flashing interval of the light 3 rhythmical to make light flashing rhythmical and optional. The case 1 is further provided with a light flashing switch 4 flashing the light 3, a counter switch 7 counting the counter 2 and a counter reset switch 8 returning the numerical value of the counter 2 to '0'.
