Transparent substrate, particularly of glass with a plurality of thin layers and use thereof

The invented transparent substrate (1) comprises a first coating (2) of dielectric material, a first layer (3) based on metal and with capacity of reflecting infrared radiation, a second coating (5) of dielectric material, a second layer (6) based on metal and with capacity of reflecting infrared radiation, and a third coating (8) of dielectric material, whereby the coating and layers are applied successively in the above described order one upon another. Thickness of the first layer (3) with capacity of reflecting infrared radiation corresponds to 50 to 80 percent of the thickness of the second layer (6) exhibiting capacity of reflecting infrared radiation. The invented transparent substrate is intended particularly for producing multiple insulating glass such as dual glass or glass parts with layered structure.
