PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair cutter, which minimize implication of foreign articles. SOLUTION: In a hair cutter, a fixed comb teeth blade 3 with comb teeth blades and a moving blade 2 with comb teeth blades are arranged closely to face their comb teeth blades each other in thickness direction, and a driving part to slide and reciprocate the moving blade 2 is provided. In the moving blade, a protector means is provided to prevent the blade from breaking down by implication 60 of foreign articles.
