PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the junction structure of a panel for improving working easiness and durability and at the same time preventing the decrease in universality, and a unit building. SOLUTION: A pair of end joists 34 and 37 as a panel is arranged oppositely, a cylindrical through hole 34a is formed at an end joints 34, a screw through hole 37a with a smaller diameter than the cylindrical through hole 34a is formed at the end joist 37, a cylindrical metallic material 39 that bites into the end joist 37 is fitted to the cylindrical through hole 34a so that the screw through hole 37a is surrounded, and a nut 42 is screwed to the tip of a screw part 40a of a bolt 40 that is penetrated from the cylindrical metallic material 39 to the screw through hole 37a, thus joining the end joists 34 and 37.
