PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safety device for a high altitude working vehicle without damaging a boom and a work bench, even when a boom tip part is pressed on the ground and the work bench is pressed on a lower surface of a structure within an area at the inside of a fulcrum of overturning. SOLUTION: A boom tip part 30a can be moved under an overturning prevention control within areas (S1+S2) at the outside of a fulcrum of overturning of a vehicle body 10. Within the area (S2) in the vicinity of the ground, an operation regulation of a boom 30 is performed when upward load acting on the boom tip part 30a is more than preliminarily fixed allowable upward load for a position of the boom tip part 30a. Within an area (S3) at the inside of the fulcrum of overturning of the vehicle body 10, the operation regulation of the boom 30 is performed when downward load acting on the boom tip part 30a is more than preliminarily fixed allowable downward load for the boom tip part 30a.
