PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vertical connection, horizontal free motion for supporting the overturning moment of the object to be required, by meeting various purposes, particularly a comparatively light object, have an inherent long period without affection of loading load dispense with special floor structure, and sufficiently cover a horizontal displacement of earthquake at low cost. SOLUTION: A plurality of spherical plates having concave upper faces are superposed with each of centers being matched, the adjacent spherical plates are jointed by shafts at radiation eccentric positions from the center, and each of the spherical plates can rotate with each shaft as a center. The lowermost spherical plate is mounted on a base plate, and the uppermost spherical plate is provided thereon with an upper plate for mounting the object. Each of the shafts is mounted to a position perpendicular to an arc line with which each of the spherical plates is provided, and each of the spherical plates is provided with a roller with which a bottom surface of the spherical plate just above the each of the spherical plate is brought into rolling contact so as to correspond to a rotating track of the spherical plate. In this case, four spherical plates are used.
