PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rapidly and easily achieve waterproof layer protection structure that has a light walking property and an inflammable function and at the same time improved appearance on the waterproof floor surface of the veranda, roof balcony, and the like of a detached house or the like at low costs. SOLUTION: The waterproof layer protection structure consists of a heat insulation layer that is installed on a ground surface, a support layer that is provided on the heat insulation layer, a waterproof layer that is laid on the support layer, and an inflammable protection layer being extended over the entire surface of the waterproof layer. The inflammable protection layer is provided with a bottom surface inorganic layer, a surface inflammable layer, and a flexible inclusion layer for connecting the bottom surface inorganic layer to the surface inflammable layer. At the same time, in a veranda, a roof balcony, and the like, a breathing means is included between a ground surface and the waterproof layer.
