PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a belt carrying device for stably operating a carrying belt for carrying the transference material, and to provide an image forming device provided with this belt carrying device and capable of eliminating displacement of images output onto the transference material to be carried through the belt carrying device. SOLUTION: A carrying mechanism 20 has a driving roller 22 and a driven roller 24 arranged with a space from each other, and a carrying belt 21 is stretched for winding between the rollers. Both ends of the driving roller 22 are provided with regulating members 60F, 60R for regulating the movement of sides of the carrying belt 21 in the axial direction of the driving roller 22. Each regulating member has each regulating surface 62F, 62R set at a position for slide-contact with the sides of the carrying belt 21 under the carrying belt 21 to be operated for traveling from the driving roller 22 to the driven roller 24. |
