medicine, pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to preparation for nonparenteral administration. Preparation can be used for treatment of patients with diseases accompanying with hypercoagulation. An aqueous solution of the preparation has pH 1.0-2.5 and it contains thrombin inhibitor of the formula: HOOC--Y where Y means (R)-Cha- -Pic-Nag or (R)-Cgl-Aze-Pab as salt or free base. Preferable concentration of inhibitor is 0.001-300 mg/ml. Invention provides to obtain the preparation that is stable at storage for two years, not less, at the room temperature.
