PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a case for an air bag device of a front passenger seat, capable of reducing the manufacturing manhours and cost, and reducing the weight of the case. SOLUTION: A case 19 for an air bag device of a front passenger seat is arranged on the upper side with its upper part open, and is structured to be provided with an upper chamber 20 for accommodating-holding a folded air bag, and a lower chamber 30 which is arranged on the lower side to be connected to the upper chamber 20 and accommodates-holds an inflator for supplying the air bag with inflatable gas. With the case 19, the outside contours of the upper chamber 20 and the lower chamber 30 are formed by press working of a sheet metal including deep drawing. |
