PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce manhour for assembly significantly by reducing the number of parts and eliminating welding for an E/A member. SOLUTION: An impact absorbing function is provided for a bracket 2 retaining one end of an assist grip 1 so as to be relatively movable, and an assist grip 1 is pressed to integrate a spring 25 energizing it in such a direction as to approach a cabin roof with the bracket 2. It is thus possible to eliminate a conventional welding process for an E/A member and a plate spring used as additional part, thereby significantly reducing manhour for assembly.
