PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a regulating fitment for opening/closing operation which ensures the positive regulation of an operation to open/close the front and back cover parts of a filing utensil and the like and realizes the protection of materials filed by fitting the regulating fitment to the front/back cover parts of the filing utensil and the like. SOLUTION: The regulating fitment 1 for opening/closing operation of the front and back cover parts of a filing utensil and the like is a regulating fitment adaptable to a filing utensil 2 which is equipped with each of the front/back cover parts 2a, 2b and is of such a shape as to internally file various kinds of sheets or file sheets with ease and in a freely attachable/detachable manner. In addition, the regulating fitment 1 comprises an insert body 21 provided at either one of the edge parts of the body of the filing utensil and the like and a receiver 22 which is mounted on the other edge part of the body of the filing utensil and the like and receives and retains the inset body 21 with elastic force and in a freely attachable/detachable manner.
