PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide rear pillars of a guard frame provided to cover a driver's seat of a car body from above so that the pillars do not interfere with apparatuses loaded on the rear part of the car body. SOLUTION: The driver's seat guard frame for tractors is constructed so that rear pillars 4 of a guard frame 3 covering the upper part of a normal driver's seat 2 of a car body 1 are formed so that their vertical parts 6 are parallel to each other up to a higher level than a seat back 5 part on both the right and left sides of the rear part of the driver's seat 2.
