PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately simulate a motion of a wheelchair in the case where a building is used by the wheelchair on a drawing of the building. SOLUTION: In a resin plate, a metal plate or the like wherein a shape of a wheelchair is processed in a scaled down shape, a hole is opened at four positions such as a central position of a center line of the wheel chair, an intersecting point of a line of linking left and right wheel shafts of the wheel chair with the center line, and parts positioned as respective earthing points of the left and right wheels of the wheel chair. A material of a sharpened tip is inserted into the hole respectively as occasion demmands, and a template is moved. Thereby, a motion of the wheel chair can be simulated.
