PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guide for a fishing rod capable of preventing a fishing line from entangling at a tip top by a simple constitution and consequently preventing the breakage of the tip top. SOLUTION: This guide is to be attached to the middle and the tip top of a fishing rod and is freely quipped with a fishing rod fixing part and a fishing line threading part by elastic members. When the guide is inserted into a fishing rod, the inside of the guide to be brought into contact with the fishing rod is provided with a projected part so that the contact face between the fishing rod and the inside of the guide for fixing the middle part of the fishing rod decreases to reduce looseness of the guide during the use of the fishing rod.
