<p>PURPOSE:To take a well-balanced meal being free from excess/shortage in each nutrient by deciding excess/shortage of the ingestion quantity of each nutrient, and also, selecting and displaying food to be ingested or food not to be ingested at the present time point. CONSTITUTION:When a registration key 20 of an input part 18 of a food ingestion state controller 10 is brought to ON-operation, age, height, weight and action strength, etc., can be inputted, and by an ON-operation of a principal dish key 21 and a side dish key 23, the kind and the quantity of ingested food can be inputted. When a comparison key 24 is brought to ON-operation, the actual ingestion quantity of each nutrient is calculated, based on the kind and the quantity of food which a user ingests before the present time point in one day, and compared with the reference ingestion quantity of each nutrient corresponding to fundamental data. By a result of comparison, excess/shortage of the ingestion quantity of each nutrient is decided, and also, food to be ingested or food not to be ingested at the present time point is selected and displayed on a display part 15.</p> |
