PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the heat shrinkage of a packaging bag at a transverse heat seal part, and to prevent a content to be packaged from remaining in the side heat seal part. SOLUTION: Longitudinal heat seals and transverse heat seals are provided on a packaging film having a thermal bond resin layer, and packaging bags 1 are continuous to each other via the transverse heat seal parts 3, and the heat seal strength in a center area is set to be lower than that in a high strength seal area 5a adjacent to a filling space 4 in the width direction of the transverse heat seal part 3.
