PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic commercial transaction system with which sellers and purchasers can present the prices and quantities of articles and the purchasers can order for articles they want to purchase by inquiring the market prices of the articles. SOLUTION: An electronic commercial transaction system stores purchase information including the kinds, purchase prices, and quantities of commodities inputted from purchaser terminals 120 in a database 200 for storing the details of articles to be purchased, sales information including the kinds, selling prices, and quantities of articles to be sold inputted from seller terminals 130 in a database 190 for storing details of articles to be sold and compares the selling price of a commodity provided from a seller with the purchase price provided from a purchaser to the same commodity. When the purchase price is equal to or higher than the selling price, the system makes a transaction to be concluded between the purchaser and seller. When the transaction is materialized, the system records the transaction by updating the data in each database and, at the same time, performs the delivery of the commodity and the payment of the amount. |
